It is with great pleasure to announce to you that we at Saansaa Machines Pvt Ltd are a premium supplier of chilli stem cutting machines for major companies in the Indian spice industry and across the world. We had made our splendid innings with our exceptional and easy-to-use stem cutting technique for the machines developed in our R & D department. Our concern was based on a simple yet crucial problem: how to automate the stem cutting process during chilli processing.

Mostly, chilli flake manufacturers, spice exporters and other chilli flake manufacturers had to rely on labour for the removal of stems. But as we know, this process was not only time-consuming but also that finding the right kind of labour for this task was a challenge for most of our clients. Also, from time to time, seasonal occasions related to harvesting and exporting during festive occasions presented production and capacity challenges.

From 2019 onwards, we picked up our research and development challenges with our innovative machines. So far, we have had a tremendous response from our clients who report around 95% efficiency in stem removal of chillies. We have, over the years, expanded our line of machines with more than 60+ customized options for manufacturers of any scale and size. This is also why along with manufacturing, we also help startups with limited capital with our technical advisory and business consultancy for long-term ROI on the business.
